Check the reasons for the slow Internet speed

Test the speed one by one using a computer or multiple mobile phones. If the network speed and bandwidth values we test are approximately the same, then it is neither a problem with the network speed nor with the software. It might be a problem with the router. Restart the router because some older wireless routers have poor configurations, such as overheating, insufficient cache and slow network.

Check the router's Settings

Restart your phone and modify the Settings

Many people use their mobile phones for one or two months or even more than half a year without restarting them. If many iphone users restart their phones, the wifi speed will increase.

Some iphone users have complained that downloading apps from the APP store is slow. You can try modifying the Wi-Fi DNS to 114.114.114.114 or Alibaba's DNS 223.5.5.5. You will find that the download speed is much faster.

Check if you have been used for unauthorized Internet access

Sometimes, the password of our wireless network is cracked by people around us. Unauthorized access to the network can cause our own Internet speed to become very slow. The more people who use the Internet for free, the slower our Internet speed will be, and sometimes it even freezes. We can open our own wireless router and make Settings to check if there are any other devices using our wifi. If there are, we can directly change the password. Then go to the network and set up the wifi restriction Settings. This way, the network speed can be increased. At the same time, it could also be a problem with the router's wiring at home. Check the network cable connection

Some users' homes used to have 100M broadband, but now they have upgraded to 500M fiber-optic broadband. The download speed remains the same as before.

Some ONT's network port 1 is the gigabit network port, while the others are all 100M network ports.
