Solution Description
The on-site PLC of the natural gas well station collects data such as temperature, pressure, liquid level and combustible gas concentration of each device in the natural gas well, and after collection, analysis and processing, controls and adjusts the on-off valve and regulating valve. The industrial router MT58 is connected to the PLC, communicates and exchanges data with the monitoring center through the 4G network, supports VRRP hot backup, ensures the redundancy of the communication link, automatically reconnects when the line is disconnected, and provides a stable and smooth network connection for the on-site PLC. The collected data, valve status data, equipment operating status, etc. are uploaded to the monitoring center for unified management, enabling staff to remotely visualize and intelligently manage the production site of natural gas wells.
